Qu'est-ce que le VDI ?
Le Vendeur à Domicile Indépendant (VDI) a pour mission de vendre les produits ou services d'une entreprise auprès d'une clientèle de particuliers. C'est un métier indépendant, le VDI n'est pas salarié de l'entreprise qu'il représente, avec laquelle il a signé un contrat de distribution. Le statut VDI est reconnu et encadré par les articles L135-1 à L135-3 du Code du Commerce.
À partir de quel âge puis-je exercer l'activité ?
Vous devez être majeur (18 ans révolus) pour exercer en tant que VDI en France.
Combien coûte l'inscription partenaire ?
L'inscription partenaire nécessite uniquement l'achat d'une documentation de démarrage (environ 10-12 €) comprenant le catalogue produits, la liste de prix et la présentation de l'entreprise. Il n'y a pas de kit produits imposé, pas de frais d'adhésion supplémentaires, pas d'abonnement mensuel.
Y a-t-il un abonnement ou des cotisations à payer ?
Non, vous n'avez pas de cotisations sociales à payer. LR les prend entièrement en charge pour ses partenaires VDI. Il n'y a également aucun abonnement mensuel.
Dois-je obligatoirement prendre le statut VDI ?
Pour exercer une activité commerciale avec LR (vente, parrainage, constitution d'un réseau), le statut VDI est le cadre légal adapté en France. Si vous souhaitez uniquement acheter des produits pour votre usage personnel, le statut Client Privilège est plus approprié.
Quand je vends, dois-je avancer de l'argent ?
Non. Vous n'avez pas à constituer de stock ni à avancer de l'argent. Vous commandez les produits via votre espace partenaire LR selon les besoins de vos clients. Votre investissement de départ se limite à la documentation d'inscription (environ 10-12 €).
Si je ne vends rien, aurai-je des frais ? Mon compte sera-t-il résilié ?
Non. Si vous ne vendez rien, vous n'avez aucun frais et votre compte ne sera pas résilié automatiquement. Il n'y a aucun objectif minimum de ventes imposé.
Quels sont les moyens de gagner de l'argent avec LR ?
Vous pouvez générer des revenus de plusieurs façons : la marge commerciale sur vos ventes directes, les bonus de réseau en développant une équipe de partenaires, et les primes de qualification selon votre niveau d'activité. LR propose également des bonus automobile et des voyages pour les partenaires les plus actifs.
Comment déclarer mes revenus LR ?
Chaque mois, le cabinet comptable partenaire de LR vous envoie un rappel vous invitant à déclarer votre chiffre d'affaires et votre bénéfice directement sur leur site. Vous recevez ensuite un récapitulatif annuel ainsi qu'un tutoriel pour remplir votre déclaration d'impôt. Toute personne exerçant une activité de vente directe doit être déclarée en tant que VDI ou disposer d'un registre de commerce (code APE 47.99 A).
L'activité VDI est-elle reconnue par l'État ?
Oui. Le statut VDI est reconnu et encadré par les articles L135-1 à L135-3 du Code du Commerce. L'État accorde aux vendeurs à domicile indépendants le bénéfice d'une protection sociale.
Puis-je cumuler plusieurs activités VDI ?
Oui, il est possible de cumuler plusieurs activités VDI auprès de différentes entreprises, ainsi qu'avec un emploi salarié ou une retraite, dans le respect des règles légales applicables.
Peut-on m'imposer un secteur géographique ?
Non. En tant que VDI indépendant, aucun secteur géographique ne peut vous être imposé. Vous êtes libre de travailler où vous le souhaitez, en France et à l'international.
Est-il nécessaire d'avoir le permis de conduire ?
Non, le permis de conduire n'est pas obligatoire pour exercer l'activité VDI. Cependant, il peut faciliter vos déplacements pour rencontrer vos clients ou assister aux événements LR.
En tant que VDI, puis-je recevoir des allocations chômage ?
Il existe un dispositif permettant de reprendre une activité professionnelle sans subir de perte de revenu. Nous vous recommandons de contacter votre agence France Travail (Pôle Emploi) pour obtenir des informations adaptées à votre situation personnelle.
Quelles sont mes obligations envers LR en tant que VDI ?
Vos obligations sont limitées : respecter les conditions générales du contrat VDI LR, ne pas dénigrer les produits ou la marque, et exercer votre activité dans le respect de la législation en vigueur. Il n'y a pas d'objectif de vente imposé ni de reporting obligatoire.
Si je décide d'arrêter, comment faire ?
Vous pouvez mettre fin à votre activité VDI à tout moment, sans préavis ni pénalité, en notifiant LR par écrit. Votre compte sera clôturé et vous n'aurez aucune obligation financière résiduelle.
C'est quoi le statut Client Privilège ?
Le Client Privilège est un statut distinct du VDI : il vous permet d'acheter les produits LR aux mêmes prix préférentiels que les partenaires, mais uniquement pour votre usage personnel, sans revente ni activité commerciale. Le plafond d'achats est de 400 € HT par mois. En savoir plus →
